Three steps to a Fortis interconnect.

  1. Sign NDA + KYC

    Mutual NDA, then standard KYC paperwork — entity registration, ownership disclosure, AML where required. Typically completes within 2-3 business days.

  2. Receive rate sheet + test credentials

    We issue current rate sheets for the destinations you've nominated, plus SMPP/SIP test credentials. You run end-to-end tests in our sandbox.

  3. Production interconnect within 5 business days

    Once test traffic looks good, we promote to production. Bilateral commercial agreement signs in parallel. Live commercial traffic within 5 business days of test sign-off.
