Wholesale VoIP

A-Z voice termination. CIS, Europe, MENA. Routes you can audit.

Fortis has been routing wholesale voice across CIS, Europe, and MENA since 2006. CLI-guaranteed routes, real-time CDRs, 24/7 NOC. Buyers see direct per-destination rates and the routes they ride.

Why wholesale on Fortis

Six capabilities. One network.

Each one is table-stakes at the buy. Together they are what makes a route worth carrying.

A-Z routing

Premium and standard routes to 200+ destinations. Direct interconnects where it matters; cleanly-graded partners where it does not.

  • Premium / standard routing
  • 200+ destinations
  • Per-destination quality SLAs

CLI delivery

CLI-guaranteed routes for terminations that need a real caller-ID downstream. Validated end-to-end on every test bind.

  • CLI-guaranteed routes
  • End-to-end validation
  • Optional CLI translation

Real-time CDRs

CDRs delivered the moment a call completes. SFTP, S3, or HTTPS push — your pick. Reconcile in your billing system, not ours.

  • SFTP / S3 / HTTPS push
  • Per-minute or 1/1 increment
  • Pre-disconnect CDR for fraud control

24/7 NOC

Real engineers, not a Zendesk queue. Average first-response under 8 minutes for production incidents. Escalation path that ends at a human, not a portal.

  • Median first-response < 8 min
  • Escalation to a named engineer
  • No after-hours queue

Direct interconnects

Carrier-grade peering with major operators across our footprint. Not wholesale-of-wholesale — the bottom of the route stack is us.

  • Direct peering
  • No hidden hops
  • Same routes for every customer

Audit-grade CDRs

Every leg, every signaling event, every disconnect cause — exposed. Reconcile any line item against the upstream interconnect on demand.

  • Per-leg event detail
  • Q.850 disconnect codes
  • Upstream-verifiable on request
How it works

From signed contract to production traffic, in days.

  1. Onboard

Sign the wholesale agreement, share signaling IPs and codecs. We provision a SIP trunk on our SBC and email you the test credentials within one business day.

  2. Interop test

Place test calls against our SBC. We monitor both sides end-to-end and resolve any signaling mismatches together. Most interop tests close in 24 hours.

  3. Burn-in traffic

Send 5–10% of production traffic for 48–72 hours. Real-time CDR delivery starts immediately. We watch ASR/ACD/PDD and route per-destination together.

  4. Production

Scale to full traffic. NOC monitors quality 24/7; you get a named routing engineer for the relationship, not a Zendesk queue.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask first.

What kind of contract do I need to sign?

A standard wholesale agreement. We provide the template; redlines are welcome. Most counterparties sign in 2–5 business days after payment details are agreed.

Do you require a minimum monthly commit?

No. Wholesale is metered — you pay per minute, and there is no minimum. Volume discounts kick in past the first 200k minutes/daily on a given destination.

How are routes priced?

Per destination, per route grade. Premium (CLI-guaranteed, single-hop) and standard (multi-partner, blended) at clearly separated rates. No opaque "all-inclusive" markup.

Can I see the CDRs in real time?

Yes. Once access requested to our portal. Fix public IP needed for access.

What is your typical ASR and ACD?

ASR depends on the destination market; we target 40–60% on premium routes. ACD targets 120s+ for European and CIS terminations. Per-destination numbers shared with the rate sheet.

Do you handle CLI translation for regulated markets?

Yes. For destinations where the local regulator requires CLI rewriting (e.g. specific MENA markets), we apply the translation transparently at our SBC.

What happens when there is an incident?

Our 24/7 NOC engages a named routing engineer for your account. Median first-response under 8 minutes. Escalation path ends at a human; there is no Zendesk queue.
