How we measure health

The status bar at the top of the page refreshes every 60 seconds directly from our status endpoint (/wp-json/velogroup/v1/status). "Operational" means our core infrastructure — SMS delivery, voice calling, eSIM activation, number verification — is responding within normal latency.

A fuller monitoring surface (per-component history, historical incidents, RSS feed) is on the roadmap. In the meantime, if you hit any issue, write to [email protected] — we respond within 24 hours.
