The Campaigns view is the running history of every outreach you’ve sent: past sends, ones that are mid-flight, ones still in draft, and ones queued for a future time. Everything in one list, sortable and filterable.

The status pills
Each row carries a coloured pill that tells you where the campaign is in its lifecycle:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Saved but not submitted. Editable. Doesn’t charge the wallet. |
| Scheduled | Submitted with a future send time. Counts as committed — you’ll be charged when it runs. Editable until ~10 minutes before launch. |
| Running | Currently dispatching. Some recipients have it, some haven’t yet. |
| Done | Every message has a final delivery status (delivered or failed). KPIs are final. |
| Paused | Manually halted mid-flight. Resume or cancel from the row menu. |
| Failed | The campaign never got off the ground — usually a sender-ID or template issue. Open the row for the reason. |
What each row shows
The same four KPIs across every channel, so you can compare at a glance:
- Sent — messages submitted to the carrier or platform.
- Delivered — confirmed delivered to the device or inbox.
- Failed — rejected by the carrier, blocked, or undeliverable.
- Engaged — clicks (for campaigns with tracking links) or inbound replies inside the attribution window.
Click a row to open the campaign’s detail panel — same KPIs broken down by country, by hour, and by per-recipient status.
Filters
The bar across the top filters the list by:
- Channel — SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, Email.
- Sender — useful when several teams share the same workspace.
- Status — any combination of the pills above.
- Date range — created date by default, switch to scheduled or completed date.
Combinations of filters can be bookmarked into saved views for one-click recall.
Starting a new campaign
The New campaign button (top-right) opens the four-step composer. Pick channel, pick audience, compose, schedule. See Creating a campaign for the full walkthrough.
Save a finished campaign as a template
A campaign that worked is worth reusing. From the row menu on any Done campaign, choose Save as draft. VeloConnect clones the channel, the message body, the sender, and the audience filter into a fresh draft you can tweak and resend. The original stays untouched in your history.
This is handier than it sounds for monthly newsletters, recurring promo blasts, or follow-up sequences you run on a cadence.
