VeloConnect — Guide

Pricing and your rate card

VeloConnect’s pricing is a hybrid: a flat monthly tier fee for the platform, plus per-use charges (per message, per call minute, per phone number) drawn from the shared company wallet. You always see the exact cost of an action before you confirm it.

The three tiers

Free — $0 / month. Up to 2 agents. SMS, WhatsApp, and Viber channels. PortSIP voice and DIDWW phone numbers available on a pay-per-use basis. Community support. Good starting point for a small team that wants to try the inbox and a campaign or two before committing.

Pro — $49 / month. Up to 5 agents. Adds Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and Web Chat on top of the Free channels. Priority email support. The tier most growing teams land on.

Enterprise — custom pricing. Unlimited agents. Adds AI credits and Flows (shipping in V3) plus a dedicated account manager. Talk to sales for a quote keyed to your volume.

The tier fee is debited from the wallet on the first of the month. Free has no debit.

Usage charges

On top of the tier, you pay for what you actually use:

  • Per message — varies by channel and destination country. WhatsApp utility templates, marketing templates, and free-form messages each have their own rate.
  • Per call minute — varies by destination. Inbound and outbound are billed separately.
  • Per DID per month — your rented phone numbers. Billed on the first of the month, prorated for partial months.
  • Per AI credit — when AI features are enabled (V3+).

Every charge is admin-configurable and pulled from the wallet in real time. There’s no end-of-month surprise — if the action would push the balance below your floor, it’s blocked at the point of click. See Topping up your wallet for the wallet model.

The in-app rate card

Before you submit a campaign, buy a number, or place a call, VeloConnect shows the exact cost for the selection. Examples:

  • Sending a campaign — the review screen lists the per-message rate, the recipient count, and the total. You see it before you click Send.
  • Buying a DID — the number search results show the monthly rental + the per-minute inbound rate for each country.
  • Outbound calls — the dialler shows the per-minute rate as soon as you’ve entered enough digits to identify the destination.

No charge is mystery. If the rate card seems wrong for a destination, ask your admin — destination rates live in Settings → Rates.
